Feature Update Oct 22
Hey study slayers! Here's a quick update from the past two weeks on what we've done to improve our platform:
We've been working hard to make your study experience with our app smoother, faster, and more intuitive. Check out the latest feature updates we've rolled out:
- Enhanced Import Options: You can now seamlessly import content with our "Import copy/paste" feature, and we've also added a snazzy "Import from URL/YouTube" option to bring in resources directly from the web. Now you can add PDFs, research reports, slides, links and more!
- UI and Usability Tweaks: We understand that waiting can be a drag, so we've introduced a new loading indicator to keep you in the loop while your flashcards are being prepared. Also, we've optimized the UI for export functions, making the process buttery smooth.
- PDF and OCR Enhancements: Managing PDFs is a breeze now with options for uploading PDF files, like splitting the PDF and selecting the number of flashcards to create. We've tackled some pesky bugs with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to ensure your digital text is sharp and accurate. Plus, handwritten notes can now be converted to digital text, making your handwritten gems searchable and sortable.
- Feedback and Community Engagement: We're all ears! Send us your thoughts with our new app feedback email function. Your insights help us grow and tailor the app to your needs.
- Connectivity: Sharing your flashcards with friends and study groups is just a tap away. And for the productivity hackers out there.
- Performance Improvements: We’ve made changes under the hood with async notifier to make sure the app is quick and responsive.
As we continuously improve, your study sessions will too. We're stoked to see how these updates will help you crush your learning goals! Keep the feedback coming, and let's make studying an adventure together.
